Thread regarding ConocoPhillips layoffs

Is ConocoPhillips going to shut down Bartlesville operations and withdraw from Bartlesville next year?

We keep hearing it's in the plans for work currently being done in Bartlesville to be moved to Houston and reside in EC4?

The woman who keeps posting "Bville is dead" is back at it again - dead giveaway it is her as she can't help using exclamation marks in every post.

People enough in Houston. Bartlesville will be shut down and the remaining staff will be laid off. No value in moving people (or positions) to Houston. The company is much smaller.

It appears to be a done deal! If you are there you should prepare for the worst (laid off and house won't sell) and hope for the best (transfer with moving assistance).
