A good severance package is what i want. New job already lined up.

Don't blame you for wanting to get laid off from these bozos. I know a few as well with better job offers but want that severance check :) The oilfield is getting busy in many areas and companies are hiring again. It's awesome to see people avoiding Scumberger like the plague. I'm glad I drained them for a few $100k, working for much better company with a family life and enjoying work again! What a crap company with declining US business. Only 3rd world countries view them with any integrity. How many USA companies like Scumbooger? None that I know ... Just ask Chevron :)~
do what i did, get on N+2 nerves; go have a 'light' talk with HR how you're tired of your role and like to be transferred (Pending, you have had a good '16 SLP3 review for HR to consider severance package)
I'm also sitting on a job offer, and waiting to be laid off to make extra cash.
