Well, you can see why the ship is sinking . While the restructuring plan is floundering, Avaya and their lawyers are focussing and working really hard to get their top leaders the bonus they deserved. They have been in discussion with the US Trustree since April 3 trying to make a deal and settle the difference on the bonus plan. They are asking the judge to dealy the ruling until April 14 now.
I hope the US Trustee is not backing down on their demand to scrap the bonus plan altogether.
That's one thing these execs are good at - robbing employees millions of dollars in retirement contribution and reward themselves with fat bonuses whenver they see fit.
