So what are the new duties? Decorate boards and clean lounges? That's all they seem to care about anymore.

What is the new information this week on the Wire for WM that PC's are included in the steps? So T/C is out or not? I can't find it on the wire

MGnMTHi-8dwhx explain why PC's are testing PC taking sch. responsibility. CO, SM and PC will be the only one making edits, in addition the PC goes to a one day academy school...so eliminating the PC? Don't think so, role changing yes. Interviewing for the position , NO. Different duties...YES.. for those of you freaking out...look at the OBW and the NEW information out this week on wire for WM, not Sams.....THE PC is involved at every step....the elimination or change of duties ....on OBW checklist is the TC...those train. duties fall on ASM. Check it out... IT is there.

Why would you re-interview for a position you are already in? Unless something is being eliminated.

We asked are MHR yesterday and of course she played like she new nothing about the PC position going to salary. But I do know that it sounds like we will have to interview for the position even if you have been it forever. Her playing the game of not knowing was clearly the writing on the wall.

I imagine that the personnel coordinator will be let go and the managers will be responsible for the personnel tasks. If I worked in an office and wanted to keep my job, then I would get out ASAP. The warning signs for office jobs are all around, heed the warnings. Get out!!!!!

We've recently gone paperless on our schedules. I think back on it now and wonder if corporate probably didn't want the audit team to see they weren't on the schedule any longer.

Our Market Human Resource Manager was eliminated this week, as well. Things all seem to be adding up.

Without direct knowledge of what is coming just from rumors I've heard; yes, I would imagine that personnel associates are in danger of losing their jobs. Already, there has been changes made as far as red prairie accuracy and the hiring process. Anytime there seems to be things taken away, it serves as a warning to me anyway that they are preparing to eliminate the position. All non-member/customer facing jobs are in jeopardy, just my opinion.
