"Our People Make the Difference" Um..... It's been a rough 3 years for the Home Office folks and others I'm sure. The Divisional Leaders aren't questioning company direction any longer when it comes to People. Everyone has their heads down waiting for the next shoe to drop. This Company is being run through fear instead of fearlessness. This environment is causing lack of productivity, lack of ingenuity, lack of ownership and has destroyed the folks that were true risk takers. These risk takers pushed WMT to be the company Mr. Sam envisioned. In the past people worked at WMT for many reason, it wasn't the pay or a fancy work environment etc. It was respect, dignity, integrity and family friendly environment. All of that is gone, so why are people staying? I don't have the answer to that but it will be interesting to see.

Womack won't oppose the H1b program. Do the research on his voting record and who his donors are and figure it out for yourselves.
You're going to have to pick someone from the community who isn't bought off.
Your also going to have to organize and put aside differences on things like abortion and gun control. The Dems and Repubs use those issues to keep you divided while they take your money and give your jobs away.
You need to start educating people in the community about what's happening to their jobs before you wake up like the coal miners in Kentucky. Those people's jobs are gone and are never coming back. Half of those communities are jobless and in poverty. But they keep electing the same people and waiting and praying.
Is that what you want? To wait and pray for help that never comes?
Or do you want to help yourselves?

I asked Womack in 2011 what his stance was on the H1B visa worker was. He avoided and talked about how he supported Walmart so I stood up and pushed for an answer calling him out on avoiding the question and it resulted in being asked to sit down or I could be removed. It was infuriating. I haven't voted for him since and won't. He has pretty much run unopposed for the last few elections but he will never get my vote. He won't do anything.
FYI . USCIS painstakingly screens H1B visa applicants to ensure they only approve applicants who are innovators . I am 100% sure that all H1B employees at Walmart and outsourcers are innovators .wait and watch . Walmart will reach new heights. We will conquer online retail

Nah ..there is a huge lobbying effort by the Indian government and the Indian IT companies .. as you will find out in the coming months , this is just a media blitz by the administration to keep the GOP voters happy .. that's it . Nothing has changed on the H1B quotas . Moreover , Obama allowed the spouses of H1B employees to legally work in the US too .. let's wait for the numbers to come out . You will find out that the outsourcers allotted the chunk of 65K visas ..
