Just imagine if the company put the same effort into productive work we'd all be in good shape ...uh oh HR are coming, check those boxes
Achieve is a waste of time and is stupid. I'm glad to hear people are dragging their feet and not doing the courses. Not only are you left picking up the slack for everyone who was cut, but you're also stuck having to do dumb courses that don't apply to your job.
Need some good advices for Achieve.
There is a movement inside the company , started at Rankin to drag your feet on the Achieve. Keep your ear to the ground it is getting louder .
You seriously think any American can fill Achieve in properly? LOL

Why the poor take up ? This years pay rise and grading depend on you completing correctly and thoroughly. You know it makes sense.
