Dream Center needs to lower tuition too 12K if they want to bring back enrollments to a profitable level. Student enrollments are dropping fast at all colleges across the nation.

Duh! The new focus will be on raping local, state and federal job training programs! Too bad you don't see what's coming. The gig is up for using naive youngsters to enroll in college courses and they know that. It is why they had no other buyers.
