The reality as PG and RL "retire" is that they just didn't do good enough or the corporation wouldn't be selling us off. Nice work leading the BU boys......

Failure of leaders plain and simple. They can take the money but own the shame. George Clooney back to Falher and full shame for not being a leader.

With the RL retiring I wonder how the great DG will do in Elmworth.

PB needs to go.. absolute clown. Best thing OS did was bringing in SB to turn Surmont around
Retiring in the sense that they are getting a nice fat package and are the first ones in line to head over to Cenovus. Same old boys club which protects the same useless boys in said club, while everyone with talent hits the EI line.
Don't forget that PB (waiting to retire this summer) made a bunch of stupid KPIs that we all have to waste our time trying to reach.
Poor PG and RL - they'll go to their scrooge mcduck money bins and laugh while the rest of us wait to get sold off to the highest bidder.
