Anyone hear anything about sams club HO? Supplier rooms booked through the end of the week. TSDs and TSMs gone last week, now many more rumors are circling. Associates that are traveling were called back, some within hours of landing at their location & not given a reason why.

Well they'll be showing their faces pretty soon because they're getting "kicked out" of their offices and getting pods (wall/window-less pods..) in the middle of the 3rd floor. Right when I think things can't get worse...! Also several dotcom buyers let go today and the regional buyers. I hope this is over. We're stretched thin enough as if is. My yubi key wasn't working momentarily this morning and I got scared thinking I was a goner...worst feeling ever to have to sit there paranoid and just wondering who's next.
Hrmmmm you are right, all I have seen are Vp/sr vp and below this week..
Oh yes, Sam's Home Office was hit today and will continue to be through end of week. They are letting whole teams go at once in some cases. "Restructuring" is what they are calling it. Deloitte was brought in to eliminate head count...not improve process. Same with Lab in the GSS building. It's the same thing company wide, and the firings will continue to happen over the course of the year. My question is where are the CEOs and EVPs? All hiding away while lives are being deeply affected.
