Look at it this way, if you work I Bartlesville you probably don't have anything to worry about for at least a year if you aren't doing any work related to Canadian assets, San Juan Basin assets in New Mexico and Colorado, Piceance and Uinta Basins (Drunkards Wash) Utah and Colorado, and gas assets elsewhere in North America. Primarily gas assets are the targeted assets for disposition. A year from now is a different story. Corporate restructuring is anticipated to involve remaking workforce in Bartlesville.

This place is starting to smell! Back stabbing is already reaching new peaks. Upper management and supervisors are busy trying to find high ground for themselves and not helping or conveying information to anyone. It is hard to imagine what it will be like here in two to four months.
It has to be under 1500 already. I think we only had 1700 before the first round in 2015
Once the number of employees gets below 1500 is a game changer. Rules for layoffs due to a closure versus rules for large layoff and or transfers are different. Companies can be rewarded for closing a operation in one state and ramping up in another.
Bartlesville will be closed in a year anyway so it doesn't matter!
