When the stock drops repeatedly below $25, it's difficult to keep resurrecting it when we keep shoveling more dollars into Barbie at the expense of all else. The team responsible for this was put together by RG, Head of HR. I think it's time for him to get ousted with no severance or vested options. His plans have reaped nothing but crappy earnings and we need someone else - ANYONE else - who is competent. he clearly isn't.

Well, there's a lot of 'Bro Analysts out there scratching their heads and stuttering to their investors "W-w-well, I s-s-still like the s-s-stock b-b-because it's g-g-got a g-g-good d-d-d-d-d-dividend".
Dumb a$$es. Got get a job with the circus, you clowns.
No one really cares about Mattel anymore. Why would you invest in it?
RG only has an eye for the bottom line, and for taking out older employees to lower cost. Nothing against rising talent, but any company still needs experience, and those who know the difference between "activity" and "results" - they aren't the same thing. He doesn't have an eye for talent - just boxes to check on someone's resume.
His pitiful attempt to show company support by buying $900k in stock is about as authentic as Corinthian Leather!

We need a Terminator time machine to travel back to 2007 to either rub some people out or buy stock in any other toy company.
All of the big and expensive hires by RG-HR honcho have produced no revenue. In matter of fact they have produced negative sales. He sure doesn't have an eye for talent that can produce growth. When will this change?
You have a cleaning crew?
It "surged" back up to mid-25 today pretty quickly. Our stock price is an EKG roller coaster. Likely our BoD is manipulating it somehow, zapping it when it falls below 25 to get it back up. But Mattel is on life support, this idiocracy is not sustainable. When they eventually cut the dividend and the bottom falls out, our stock price will drop permanently down in the teens (where it belongs), all of us except the cleaning crew will be laid off, and a big FOR SALE sign will hang on the tower. These ARE the good old days!
