Looks like it. U would think they would put their efforts into turning a profit rather than a website that is mostly for amusement

Someone should initiate the same type action that is finally now happening at WFC. I would bet the BOD and top mangt there are Not going to like the results that will be revealed before 4-25-2017. And that doesn't include their biggest shareholder, WB. He has already had his say and it was not enduring to say the least.

Are the doors still open ? That's all that matter to me . They have someone fool losing that kind of money and still in business.

Proxy statement is out. They have restored their pay cuts effective 4-1-2017 and even given GP a 4.5% raise if you can believe that. They have made it somewhat more difficult to add up their incentive (bonus) pay but the first look-at it seems to say PH got an apprx $200K bonus for NOT meeting any of his performance target earnings goals. ( and they were Bad misses). Maybe he want have to sell the Carlton Woods Lot- just keep paying property taxes. BS meet 37% of one on his goals only- Evolution. See what the rest of you think. And ,of course , they gave themselves more Stock and Options. AND they are going to a Cash Mgt system for paying bonuses for 2017 and not Earnings. These guys are good.

Bruce S sells 33,600 of options given out at $3.31 in past 2 days. Can't screen that out. Can't screen out proxy statement coming out in next couple of weeks or the fact that nothing has been filed so far extending their top mangt salary cuts past the March 31,2017 deadline.
