First stop complaining, It will never help you fix it. Second, stop blaming your boss, they are miserable too. Third, invest in yourself and pay a pro to compose your resume. Fourth, accept that you will have to step out of your comfort zone and take a risk when applying for new roles. Fifth, admit to yourself that you play a role for where you are at in your career, life etc, due to your own doing, it's not EDMC's fault. Sixth, make an effort to change your attitude and make a point to take more ownership for your career. If you don't, you will be just as much of a miserable a--hole there as you are at EDMC. The grass is only greener if you make it that way. I say this with genuine intent to help. If you take offense, there may not be any helping you. Sorry, some people just s---, you might just be one of them.
