I am an APA who has been watching this debacle unfold from the sidelines as I am on FMLA Leave. Does anyone know whats happening inside RL 4 and 5 stores?

Salaried and Salaried Non Exempt will get a week for every year worked with the minimum payout of 4 weeks.
Saw risk level 4 store with 130+ externals last year go to a level 1 with no LP
Most stores now risk level 1 - no LPAS or LPM
Level 2 -Lpm + 30 LPA
Level 3- LPM + 109
They Brought back multi-units for some stores managing 2 risk level 2 store with 30 LPA hours
And the new ARAPM managing up to 6 stores without any APA help.
Heard 800 LPMs and LPAS lost their jobs on the 3rd.
Closing store LP not touched.
What did they pay out the APMs?
I am at a RL 4 now it is a 3, we got an increase in staffing. The Store Manager freaked out on the APM when he told him AP increased. My condolences to those that were let go today, you will al be missed.
My condolences to those let go today. Not sure what's happening in my store but I guess I'll find out tomorrow. I'm not AP but I like a couple of people in that dept. so I hope they are still there.
You will go onto something better. Something bigger. Something vibrant.
I was a full time salaried APM at a florida Sears. Until today i was a risk level 4 with 3 apas plus me. Today we were all handed our walking papers. no chance at transferring to another position, we could reapply at starting pay with no benefits other than that, hit the road. two of my apas broke down in tears, i didn't cry but i had to stomach going home and telling my family i didn't have a job anymore. hope i find something soon. its my own fault, i been trying but i just didn't get out in time. I hope the rest of you do. Good Luck. i have no reason to be on this site anymore.
I was at risk level 4. It's now a risk level 2 which equals APM and 1 APA that gets 30 hours. Unfortunately I was the other APA that didn't have seniority... got cut today with 1 week for every year of service for severance.
You guys had best prepare for unemployment very soon, and dont think you'll find work at another retailer.
The biggest retail bubble in history is now popping, along with every other bubble. Within 6 months, you'd give your right arm for a job at McDonalds.
They're dropping Risk levels. Hours will probably be cut for APAs.
