My biggest question is why were some under qualified JBMs given a free pass? Tenured SMs were displaced while others were kept .... how is that fair?! Everyone should have been assessed; no one should have been a free pass.

I wish I could attach. I could put how they assessed using the WAT.
JBM was dead last because he/she was planned up 30% im sure they didn't this those numbers and her scorecard rating for sales would have been a 1 and 90% weighted are sales on a JBM scorecard....:can't judge just based on that alone
Funny how 2 of us in the store I was in didn't get to keep a job as it was known that we didn't want to "grow" into a higher position (MTM). Glad I'm out! Hear it's nothing but mass confusion with those who are left.
How is it legal to assess only part of the workforce? Everyone should have been reviewed.... I just cannot wrap my head around it.
totally agree....I had the #3 scorecard in the store! The IBM dead last out of 17!! I'm sure our VPSM had some say.
