I overheard this morning in building N that North Korea is gearing up for a $10 billion suit for high crimes and treason against the DPRK for charging royalties that are "insulting to the dear leader". They also threatened total nuclear annihilation if not paid promptly after the People's Court (that's what they called it...) issues their "infallable and infinitely justified" ruling.
Interesting times ahead!
