They are going to layoff then make you reapply for your job should you stay but will offer less money for your role. Dont be stupid and think your job is secure. Layoffs will have to pay for the small 2% increase. Duh!
What role got 3.5%?
Nothing here at the max for my department. But peers are still easily 20-30k above. So it is what it is. Still have a job and benefits.

I received a raise too. I am sure the world is full of dung filled people spreading but wipe opinions
