I received both of those ridiculous e-mails. Something about needing to be on Outlook, (which I am) and that you need that, and that you have to do this and that the other and then click on.... I clicked DELETE. We're sorry, we don't care.
Am I out of touch? No, it's the workers/customers(cough members)/investors who are wrong.
Regarding the Kmart drug email comment: Yes, I got that. And I laughed out loud, as SHC already has closed, or is closing, all the Kmarts within three (or more) hours of driving for me.
Yet, it's the associates that are supposed to push the SYW program & whatever nonsense is the new big thing this month AND buy Sears &KMart products with their points. It's a combination prison & cult.
Agree. Totally ridiculous that hourly associates ate blocked. The lack of communication is what creates the divide and kills morale.
Ed was live via video feed from I'm assuming his estate. Had a Sears, Kmart and shop your way splash banner behind him. Acting like a credit card with rewards is something earth shattering or revolutionary.
Disrespectful that associates can't watch. Always driving a wedge.
Just looked up expedia and they have members, points & a Citibank card. Plus if you search expedia reviews, you'll read the travel version of trying to get an appliance repaired through Sears.
Eddie has some strong Citibank connection that is makes him $$$ personally, I guarantee it.
Did you get the email about mailing your personal prescription to the KMART pharmacy with the slogan of keeping it all in house? Like I would want to give the company access to my medical information!!! Data mining at its finest.
Is the transformation making SHC employees shop at SHC companies but not receive any discount? While invading your personal life more that they do already?
