Check now, all culprits are slowly getting re-crowned. So where is the accountability of people above them? It really is a business of family and friends and honestly no one can beat them. Bottom line if someone doesn't like it then move on

This has been a common practice. Unless someone decides to step up just like the women who sued and got 19 million nothing is going to change. I think QC is sitting on multiple pyers which needs to be ignited by an employee with outside help
Reminds me of when the Q "withdrew" from the 100 best places to work for, say that "it wasn't fair to our overseas workforce". That justification must have been from an all-night BS (brain storming) session.
When I put down bad feedback on my survey, my director told me why did I put this kind of feedback? Be aware. They know.

Is just a trick to pretend the do care for the employees and to avoid the exodus but it did not work, 10 people are leaving per week...
