BUYBACKS. Is mgt wasting shareholders money & destroying value? Could the money better spent in other ways ,such as reinvesting in the business or paying dividends ?

Buybacks are great for the short-term share price... But do absolutely NOTHING for the long-term success of any company. That's money that be reinvested back into the business in some capacity and it's not.
