Baker's management has run the company into the ground, and Baker is still laying off, shutting down, and spinning off divisions to try to stop hemorrhaging money. I seriously doubt Halliburton has anything to worry about when it comes to BHI.

GE oil and gas initiated merge with Baker Hughes. New Baker Hughes will buy more and more... GE is going to make cementing process and other technologies better and better.
