200k at staff would be pushing it. I'm staff and am around 180, give or take depending on the review cycle.
$200k for staff? Guess I need to learn to negotiate.
300K plus a few goats 🐐 and chickens 🐔 no doubt.
Are you talking rupies? If not, I don't know what you are smoking but staff might bairly hit 200k total. Director I highly doubt is over 250k.

So I expect director should make 300
