I see most of my good old friends and colleagues are marching out of Cameron IT BSO in rush, wat's happening any inside scoop? Combotore recruitment is over, so what next? BSO director is also leaving soon.....

The managers that flew to India visited Taj Mahal with their families and had dinner with their in-laws and got few gifts & sweets for AK & charged the Cameron corporate card . If you need anything from India please contact Indian BSO managers (dabbawalla), their next Business trip will be in July to visit Goa.
Talk to AK he will hire you as a high paid consultant, now BSO is one single Indian Family under AK. Every month you can have a trip to India with your own family to learn about what is computer and how to operate that....Next flight starting soon, rush .....
Optimus is no different that legacy. It is the exact same SAP with the same transactions and functions.
All they did with optimus was eliminate some custom transactions and make roles for access.
Also, the indians work very slow and cant troubleshoot. They need 3 indians for 1 american, but they still have lots of mistakes. I really cannot see how hiring indians is going to make the company successful.
I can easily see Cameron going under after everything is outsourced to India.
Indians wont invent new valves, trees, BOPs, or control systems. They also will not be able to fix any existing issues.

They should close down Cameron Singapore, Batam and Malaysia plant. This is where all the jobs gone from us ... look at Leeds what happen .. their job splitted to there
Going forward every pay cycle will be a challenge for the Cameron comrades . When Easter celebrations starts, Cameron employees will start their Lent....

Cameron legacy employees are considered redundant.
Indian's can be hired to replace us all , recruiting them is going well , most are keen as they think it is a seasonal job selling Xmas Trees. Glad to be out of it to be honest , Cameron SAP is now a mature system and due to the fantastic Optimus version( not) the help and support required is minimal .
Many top guns from Cameron are sailing on the SLB SAP roll out project so hopefully they can help , but then again ? SLB has little or no manufacturing and never will except in the highest cost place on then planet where maybe then CEO comes from.
