@ - 31tw Keep believing what you have written. The exodus of key people is inevitable, and they will be replaced by much younger and less experienced upstarts who will have to learn the hard lessons about being successful in the real world. Past history will repeat itself.
No more layoffs for SETC management and SDR

some believe the bunches that survived the layoff massacre will leave for greener pastures. It won't happen as you think due to 3 things. 1) they're finding out about now in secret interviews that their SLB Salary cannot be promised or matched by the company in interest. 2) the patch has changed so much this past year, the one looking for greener pastures no longer has the confidence in themselves to make the move. They know they cannot bring revenue. 3) with one and two in play and processing this, they conclude if they survived over other co-workers that their "safe" and attitudes go back up.
