Does anyone know what's going to replace the Halliburton PPR system. When will it be rolled out to everyone. Arbroath always had its own version anyway,but Just wondering if it's going to boil down to, does your face fit or not. Might have to think about plastic surgery. Do you think bupa might help me?

The next step this company need to do is come up with a better benefits package this being final pension along with shares issue you could work for this company all your days and believe you would be no better.instead of this board having meetings with major investors what about having 1 about what your going to do for the work force and treat all correctly

lovely sentiment only problem is the system is rigged against the common man, management do not care they are all okay. there is always somebody that can replace you regardless of experience. where i work nobody in managment would care if all us experienced bods left, to them it would mean they could recruit people on a lower salary , cause thay dont know what we do they think check sheets and procedures can make up for experience. we have all given up and are awaiting the upturn and this will all be a bad memory

What ever the new P.P.R,Arbroath will make there own contradictory to what the global standard requires. The last one was a prime example. what you scored in there categories, they just inputted into the global standard. With changes that didn't even add up! Watch out Arbroath. He will knock you down to what he thinks your worth,then make you sign to say your happy with it and maybe next year you will make it to M.E. if you do more for less. It's the Arbroath way.

They will still use PPR in Arbroath, clandestine of course. Just in the same way as they've given some Arbroath employees sneaky promotions to senior or specialist to get round the pay freeze. You wont see any change of their job titles on their emails mind you.
The long termers in that plant who've built their empires will run that plant into the ground given time
Ppi should have been done away with many years ago I learns should be next as people on time off have to go into office to complete as our it Dept cannot get it set up so you can do them at home what makes it worse you cannot even get a tea or coffee as they have switched machines off hey we might get a pay rise next

Went to a new oil and gas company and it's 1000 times better than this place full of dumba****. They actually give raises, pay better, and give a yearly raise for inflation. What a concept.

Well forget about per along with this I learns as does nothing for whenever you get a pay increase most companys give yearly pay rise just in line with inflation but for this company it has nothing to do with that and that's why I am still waiting for rise after 4 years
I have heard about Arbroath, it does not have a very good moral standing in hal world. Come Arbroath you will have to change going forward.
