It goes; manager; supervisor; specialist; lead; then actual person who does the work. Lead I mean really why do you need specialist and leads if you are good management then they should all be specialized and able to lead themselves they are adults right?

Whatcha complainig about? If they flattened the organization and maybe got rid of a few management leaches we might actually make some money.
No, really. How the heck do you survive when their are fewer "doers" than "overseers" in our beloved nimble, independent company?
It reminds me of our federal government. Management will never vote themselves out of a job. We need a "Trump" to come in as CEO and drain the frickin' swamp.
