There are multiple clubs in SHTC UK because employees are out of work
They all get Amazon vouchers for being a member of club
One female employee is leading all clubs.
The biggest scam club is EWC. No work done since Jun 2016 and still earning Amazon vouchers
Expect a slow but continual reduction in all aspects of work at SHTC as eventually all work will be transferred to China.
Would not be surprised to see Building B next up for sale with the long term future for all sites uncertain.
Get out if you can, the future is bleak and not secure, even the EWC minutes are now kept hidden from employees, not a sign of trust or commitment from the management towards the lower grade staff.
I guess one reason for such a low level of work / production would be the movement of production from UK to China. It may appear busy to some for some of the time, but after all the redundancies it would appear to be busy to some. But on the whole this centre is on a decline.
EWC has been given a gag order by new HR lady
They aren't allowed to publish meeting minutes anymore.
They had 2 meetings since new HR LADY took charge but no minutes in QUEST or in Hub.
Are you a manager or just an elitist bigot, there is no work and the future is not looking good.
Building C closed and up for sale, over 300 people have already lost their jobs at SHTC and possibly more will do so during 2017.
No wonder people are worried and comment on this and their views should not be belittled by people like you.
