Nope, about 3/4 of the managers in my group who left didn't want to leave.
i hate pop your bubble last poster but they all retired, they weren't laid off. I love your alternative fact though. You also missed the main point that management gets 1's for doing a terrible job at managing.
Umm, hate to pop your balloon but about 75% of our managers didn't survive the last 2 years in our function. Compare this to 50% of the staff being laid off.
