Heard over 400 HR layoffs tomorrow. Does this include recruiting ?

The Realty division lost 103 souls today. Most came from Construction and PMO because we're building so few stores now.
Real Estate was hit today. I am not sure how many were let go, but it was quite a few of them.
Can anyone confirm if any of this happened?
