I drove by the facilities in Tomball this past Sunday and noticed that the training center still sported the Baker Hughes name but across the street, BJ reigned. It was nice to see the BJ flag waving again. So, does that mean that the people working there are now BJ or are they still BH employees?

From Fuelfix:
The BJ Services pressure pumping deal brings Baker Hughes into partnerships with Houston-based CSL Capital Management private equity firm and Goldman Sach’s merchant banking fund, called West Street Energy Partners. Baker Hughes will keep a 46.7 percent ownership stake in BJ Services.
Baker Hughes’ pressure pumping business will combine with CSL’s Allied Oil & Gas Services business, which was acquired earlier this year. New Allied Chief Executive Warren Zemlak, a veteran of Schlumberger, will lead the new BJ Services, which will be headquartered in Tomball.
Same old Baker garbage . until they have an enima and get rid of the worthless know nothing Baker trash the company will go down . Customers in the Permien are already complaining " This is not BJ Services " Just a marketing job to try to revive BHI pressure pumping.
