It seems to be fairly common knowledge that there wilk be layoffs within Sears next week. Does anyone know which positions specifically? I've also heard that there may be a region eliminated/redistributed...

They are required to have ads online for hiring. Corporate want to make it seem as though we are a growing company. We hired 5 people last week and you should have heard the b.s. they were given.

This week or next week? Fiscal year ends 1/29 so right before or right after? My store is talking about letting people go but they have ads online to hire new people.
I could positions be eliminated at Sears, especially the full-timer so they have to give them benefits. Maybe even getting rid of a management position at the store level.
