Managers will keep promising to hire and make them work like slaves. QCOM should first remove managers with more contractors reporting. Real morons faking reports. If anything goes wrong then contractor is blamed else all credit goes to him. All qualstars and credits are taken by managers for work done by contractors. Moreover contractor won't even know if someone has appreciated his work as these credits are often filtered by boss.
Trump should look into this culture seen in Qualcomm . They should interview all contractors and collect report about workplace harassment. Why does Qualcomm not hire us after a year and keep extending contracts if he/she is not performing.
There are so many permanent employees just collecting data from hired contractors and you will be surprised many qualcommers don't even have basic software knowledge . They know to collect status and repost it as if they had done it . These guys will even ask us to collect package or parcels from other buildings, have no shame and misusing their power
I went through this cycle but finally got rolled over before 2 years as one member in my team went on a long leave but this culture is pathetic . Now another contractor has joined in my team . This cycle is never ending
