The severance terms for all IDS folks remains unchanged for now, this includes folks that may be affected in February. We are still getting exactly two weeks for every year of tenure (year worked) and additional one week for every $10,000 of of base pay you receive (this maxes out at 40 weeks). I hope this helps.

also, all laid off will continue to receive wages and benefits for 60 days while they search for new jobs, and will be eligible for additional severance payments and any annual bonus earned in 2016
