Anyone out there seeing an extreme amount of extra's (RSA's) being hired? Anyone seeing DTS (large format) routes being cut and guys forced back to run truck routes? New Walmart ordering systems being implemented in your areas? Performance pay being implemented? Commission being taking away? People being laid off, offered retirement? Hearing of different restructuring happening around different zones, curious to all that has had this happen 2016 or 2017?

southeast region rolled performance pay period 12 of 2015......new Walmart ordering systems in fall of 2016........waiting for next move here also ,probably large format restructure ,but who knows?
