Today we lost pricing lead, backroom lead and footwear lead. Curious as to what positions at other stores were eliminated.

We lost receiving lead 15 yrs of service
Front end lead was cut
Seasonal lead cut
Pricing lead cut
So Data lead has to do pricing as well our Hr does office work because office lead was cut
Our reset guy now dies resets and receiving because they cut positions but the work still has to get done ? More work , same pay , everyone's wearing thin
Pricing and receiving in our store both with 30+ years
our receiving, pricing all gone. both are 30 plus years. having trouble getting severance pay we were promised
We have had the floor supervisors for almost a year now. Have left reset lead, 2 softline leads, a--. softline manager, data . and thats it. dread going in as we are all spread way too thin.
Our store lost two pricing leads, footwear lead, hardlines manager and jewelry lead. We kept our backroom lead and reset lead but we gained floor supervisor lead position that the layoffs had a chance to apply for.

Lost pricing lead, was suppose to lose backroom lead however they got to keep their job because was managers best friend instead another worker got kicked to the curb. Not sure why they give ya a list of jobs being terminated if they aren't gonna abide by them.
Lost hardlines Asm and pricing team!! Who's next!!! Very scary
last asm. 40? something years service. receiving supervisor many years. That's employees lost and toll still rising. The long time customers from the neighborhood are already long gone. I see them in the grocery store still but they all say they do not walk in our Kmart anymore because it is Not our Kmart anymore. The shoplifters on the other hand are camping out and making the most of the situation.

TTP 1 week of pay per complete year of continuous service.
Appears Data, Resets, HR and 2 softlines leads are safe for now.
