Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Here I go...

I am so fed up with the incompetence and idiocy of a couple VP's of campuses. I mean seriously.

  1. Should it be a requirement to be able to put together a coherent sentence via email or in front of groups? I am so embarrassed honestly. UOP got rid of some of the best leaders in the history of this organization just to keep a couple VP's that honestly have no business running a business, campus, people or whatever. BR

  2. Is it a requirement to tell the truth, or better yet, actually keep your word to your peers and employees? CG

  3. Is it a requirement to speak badly about your VP peers to directors and managers and NOT think that won't get out to everyone? Or better yet, is it a requirement to kiss so much a-- to Ragu that you can't even tell that the sun is setting? CG

  4. Is it a requirement of the job to be so oblivious to enrollment and what actually takes place in enrollment? KJ

  5. Is it a requirement to brag about being the leading cause of certain VP's getting laid-off? CG

  6. Is it a requirement to have so much plastic surgery done that you look like a mannequin? MZ

  7. Is it a requirement to say YES to everything? CG

  8. Is it a requirement to not care about people AT ALL, and only about yourself? CG

  9. Is it a requirement to be skinny and not have any muscle?

  10. Is it a requirement to NEVER be in the office? Or better yet, always at "meetings"?

We just need to make better decisions as an organization. For hells sake, call John Derling and offer him whatever he wants to have him come back and clean this disaster up. Or call Josh Hatch, someone who actually cares about people more than himself and have him come back. Chances are, they won't but TRY to bring them back at least.

It's too bad that you feel the need to bash leaders, but also personally attack? That's not needed. KJ is a great leader, so you must not know her. She's newer to enrollment and probably still learning. Your attack on the others sure seems harsh.

You know this post was not written by a frontline employee. It had to be written by someone higher up. Great, no wonder Apollo is all messed up. You guys are in fighting while the ship is on fire. Guess who gets layed off. That's right. The frontline employees. You guys are a disgrace to the human race. Please offer me a package to leave.
