Now the Department Managers get to hang around for a year at the same rate of pay...but as soon as the year is out...and Lowes has USED them for the transition... which is to switch over to part time help....The Ax will fall on them as well.

Yes their pay remains for a year and if they decide to apply to another position the new job title will have a base pay and a top out pay either way it's gonna be a pay cut.numbers we are nothing but lost dollar amounts to them.
