Tillman Tower

Are field locations just as miserable a place to work as it is in the tower?

Lee does not care about morale. He just wants to accumulate enough coin to buy another race car. And, an inordinate amount of money goes to an utterly incompetent group of HR people who chase meaningless accreditations then incredibly act superior to us regular employees, in spite of their intellectual inferiority. Plus, there are wwwaaayyyy to many of them them. They can take a one page stand out achievement card and turn it into the most misery laden six month project you can imagine.

The Tower is toxic...added to al of the corporate BS...are the a@@ and s*** ups. Working as a "team" in the Tower is non-existent. Only backstappers are in the lead.

In the Eagleford, moral ranges from just OK to terrible, depending on the office you work out of. At the SA office and Kenedy field office moral is terrible, while Pleasanton and Gonzales are OK.

In SA, there are a few managers that have no idea what's going on in there groups while other managers micro-manage to the extreme. No wonder VP's like KIrk, Kerri, etc exited so quickly.

In Kenedy, there are production and measurement supervisors that are complete idiots. They have hired relatives and high school buddies with no oilfield experience. Its a world-class sh**hole.

Not sure these days , our field locations are pretty limited now.

Back in the day it was way better, working as a team with a common goal, no backstabbing, no corporate BS
