I am a DM, hard working for over 10 years. I've seen so many dumb decisions that cost OUR company millions. Everything from crappy comm equip to pointless ideas like "Product Locater" apps that never took off. Stop spending all that money on this high tech junk and put the money back into what the customer needs..... a live person that knows their dep and the product. No Accountability for those who have no work ethic..... kill the DM with work and wait for the next corp bonus to come around. Really? We'll see after 2:30 today how bad the workers have to pay for Brass mistakes. Good luck to my fellow workers today and see ya on the other side!

What's sad is they way things are changing is the non confrontational way. Nothing gets done. The ones who spent years working for the company started to move on once SPIFF's went away. Look at them getting rid of the AOM. No more accountability on the store level to make sure everything was being run properly. It's all about cheap labor. Nothing more. They hate experience that cost money.
