I was laid off from BH months ago and now I got a job offer after applying to Tones of oil field companies. Should I accept Halliburton job offer or not?
I have a job now but it's not paying near what I use to make before.

I'd probably brush up on my spelling first if you plan on being taken seriously. ( tones) Really?????
Take the pay and do as little as possible. You'll be PGL or production specialist within 18 months
Take em both
yeah , i agree with the sentiment below. take the money, do the absolute minimum amount of work you have to, return nothing. get iut when the time is right. this is a disorganized place especially considering it's just a bunch of individual operating units, the psl. and when the psl is a disorganized mess, the problem is only exacerbated. meanwhile the folks at the top a s---ing money out of the system providing very little value in return. so sad, so pathetic, so low energy.
Work for a small company as lots of them look after the workers halliburton don't worry about know one only top brass that line there own pockets and I have never worked for a company that are so disorganised all round from the PSL manager to not getting paid correctly work offshore for 21 days but only get paid for 19 how does that work well not for me that's why I left and work for a small organised company better deal and paid correctly that's what's good
Take the Hal job if it pays better than what you're making now and laugh all the way to the bank til the next downsizing.
Living in hell and still want to meet the Devil ?
So sad, is this the best you could do?
Never go to work for Halliburton, they want drones only, they will pay you poorly, they will not train you properly, you are never allowed to think or make decisions, you are dirt in the minds of the college kids above you and they will dump you in a second.
What type of work do you do?
Don't work for them as they treat people with no disrespect and offer nothing cheap labour all round
BH & HAL are the biggest jokes in the business
Take the job with Halliburton. Take their money and do as little as possible to stay employed, because the company certainly won't think twice about you or go out of its way to help you.
