Almost all the Ponca "team" has chosen not to relocate. You should do the same.
Rumors have been swirling for quite a while that we'll be shutting Rankin down and moving either to Rosharon or Sugarland. Where are they relocating the Ponca Team and how many will be transferred? Do you think Rankin is on the short list to be closed in 2017?

There is one good thing about the Ponca plant relocating to Houston. The average intelligence level will raise for both cities! In case you Houston people need an explanation, the dumb ones are the ones relocating and they are smarter than you guys.

13 are scheduled to leave Jan 30 as their department is moving out. More will leave as their departments are moved to Houston. Most have been offered jobs in Houston but very few are going. Not enough increase in pay to offset the cost of living difference, and they really do not want to work for this company any more.
