Now that is a thought. A fine man you are. With a sock placed in the bottle I am most assured that Aunt Sookey would perhaps find that bottle's attraction a bit diminished. You sir, surely must be speaking from experience or genius.

now my dear old aunt sookey always said that in every grain of truth there is a rumor, but that just doesn't sound quite right, but i know that's what she said, which is probably right coming from aunt sookey, you see she really had a fondness for "tipping the bottle back a bit, .....repeatedly" , if you know what i mean.

Both of these PSL's have good people and good equipment. There is a lot of potential to take it to a greater level of service.

ah yes ! think of the synergies that exist in the overlaps of the two service lines, creating more redundancies and opportunities for cost savings through workforce reductions. outstanding.

Wireline has already been crippled by LWD. About the only thing it is good for is cased hole work and even that's a commodity product that small mom and pop operators can provide at a substantial discount to the multinational service company. There is no innovation or new product coming down the research channel making a wireline an undesirable product line.

Wouldn't that cripple wireline ?

Yeah, the combined PSL will have new technology... hanging Sperry's triple combo BHA using wireline cable
