They have consistent leadership (same respected CEO for years who was just renewed), a balanced portfolio and a strategic roadmap that doesn't change direction every 6 months.

Marketing and Disney micromanaging? Do you even KNOW what Hasbro makes? They have more Disney than anyone else, including us, and yet they seem to get along fine with them. Maybe it's your sensitivity to input, or lack of negotiation skills, or lack of experience in business or, (do I say it?) LACK OF TALENT and EMOTIONAL MATURITY that make you feel the way you do.
I only know this - it's not because of someone else that you feel the way you do - it's because of YOU.
They have a real management team with a true vision & don't have Marketing art direct/micromanage Design there. They also do not have PLM, waste of time TRAC's, CAP's a useless HR dept., countless useless meetings and don't have Disney art directing/running a brand as they do here at MattHell with DPCars.
this is why even when i signed those papers i still bought competing stock in hasbro.
