Your merger with a half price penalty clause for overlapping service is a joke!

I own a Porto-let dumping service that I'll gladly merge with Halliburton as long as there is no overlap in service. If there is overlap, the penalty charge will only be half of BHI's and only be a mere $1.75bill.
