These dispositions take time to set up and have companies come in and decide if they want to bid. If you thought there would be a lot of info on the potential sale by the end of May you have no clue how this all works.
I got more info about the SJBU sale out of my dog last night on our walk than I did during the waste I call the last hour and a half.

We are transferring employees here and there out of the asset but no no no we are not even sure we are going to sell...um ok that seems legit
The webpage the tell us to monitor is worthless, there is never any new information posted.
