I hardly think 40,000 is a high salary.
If you were in the top 75% percentile salary in your position, management was advised to give no raise.
Have you seen how many class action law suits? Yet J H keeps his job?

It's beyond depressing now it's painful the lack of respect. I wish I left two tests ago after I got s promotion to a2 four five years I'd too long my job prospects go down sneryday I waste on this ship.

It's a spiral downward I wish to G of I never took my job if I knew then what I know now I would've never ever taken my job I am not s religious person but I pray to find a new job somewhere else I can't go in like this with this lack of income
It's attrition by not offering raises it's a force out or you fall below the poverty level eventually.
