Halliburton do not pay astronomical pay scales only board level

Normal working class do not even get a pay rise after 5 years so much for focal point and all the rest you complete as does nothing for your wallet

That just means we got to pay astronomical pay scales to get that experienced talent back from the non-oilfield industries they went to.
