Fraud at the P, no way! Since they run a business based on fraud, can they really be sued for it?

I have a friend in banking and he knows Jahm Najafi because his wife is also Iranian-American and they run in the same social circle. He said that the new owners will be announcing a break up of the assets and that University of Phoenix will be closing down and they will sell the corporate training and other training companies within the old Apollo Group. UOP is toast. Expect it gone within the next year.

No coincedence UOP was kicked out of the state. The enrollment counselor is not a fraud and he's got a very strong case and hes professional. If your basing your opinion on his race then you are as wrong as the UOP metric system. University of Phoenix will continue to be sued and receive damaging press.

The guy "blowing the whistle" is a crook and should be charged with crimes. That is if any of his story is true. Probably got fired for being horrible at his job and is trying to make a quick buck. No lawsuit to join....try reading the article you post.
