I found the job that I would like to have. Should I apply on the website and go through all the competency interviews ??? or is better to contact my friends that are already in ??? . Is this a good way to get a good job based on who you know inside the company but doesn't matter how competent or qualified you are ??? Thanks,

Very unprofessional company who don't care how bad their management is. GE should look into this and not accept incompetence or they lose revenue and work.
It is who you know rather than what you know that counts. Look at all the useless managers there are that get promoted because of their network of friends. If you have contacts in BH who can help you get the job then use them. Don't give a sxxt about anyone else

Contact your friend so they can get the new employee hire bonus. I don't know if having them apply on your behalf helps, but it can't help to try. And of course, if you get hired, they gain a monetary reward.
