Which Department is next? Any knowledge or logical deductions?

Interesting. That explains why about three years ago the software no longer integrates well with any browser, links are broken, and faculty cannot post a message without the message box closing out suddenly. Somebody who was fired or demoted obviously planted some bugs. Can't say i blame them after the way they were treated.

I would say, that a lot of departments are currently understaffed and using contract workers. Labor cost has to come down to be more profitable. I guess redefining job duties and titles with less pay is the only route to achieve lower labor cost. It was done three years ago in IT and now with Full Time Faculty. The process is lay offs, then rehire at a new position at lower pay.
